Calendar

The calendar holds a list of council/councillor meetings and events which are not available to the public.  Members of the secure area can elect to have emails sent to them each time and new entry is made to the calendar.

1.  Where is the Calendar Area?

  • Log in to the Secure Area
  • In the left hand menu click Calendar
  • The Calender screen appears listing events for the current month

2.  How do I view Events for different months?

  • Go to the Calendar as in point 1 above.
  • Click the small arrow on the top of the calendar to the left or right of the Month, this will take you to the next or previous month.
  • Or select the month and year from the drop down box underneath the calendar and click Go

3.  How do I Add an Event?

  • Go to the Calendar as in point 1 above.
  • At the bottom of the listing of events, click the Add button
  • Next to Start Date click Choose... to select the start date.  Click on the required date to select it.
  • Enter End Date, Start Time, End Time if relevant
  • Type in an Event Title
  • Type in the Event Details
  • Click Add Event
  • Click Back

4. How do I Edit an Event?

  • Find the event as in points 1 and 2 above
  • Click Edit on the event
  • Make changes, click Update Event, then click Back.

5. How do I Delete an event?

  • Find the event as in points 1 and 2 above
  • Click Delete on the event
  • You will be asked to Confirm the deletion of the file, click Yes.

6.   Who has access to the Calendar?

All members of the Secure Area can access all the Calendar events.
