My Profile

My Profile holds your personal information such as your name and email address.  It also allows you to set your preferences as to whether you want to receive automatic emails when the Calendar is updated or a new document is added to the Documents area.

1.  Where is My Profile?

  • Log in to the Secure Area
  • In the left hand menu click My Profile

2.  How do I edit My Profile?

  • Go to My Profile as in point 1 above.
  • Make appropriate changes and click Update Profile, click Back

3.  How do I Receive Email for Calendar and Document Updates?

  • Go to My Profile as in point 1 above.
  • There are 2 tick boxes associated with the heading Receive Automatic Emails For
    • Calendar Updates
    • File Uploads
  • Tick them if you want to receive emails.
  • UnTick them if you do not want to receive emails. 

4.  Who has access to My Profile?

All members of the Secure Area can access only their own profile.
