Sunday, 12th January 2014: Social Drive to Blairgowrie

Great day for driving (especially on back roads) and a good turn up of Spridgets: 9 (or was it 10?), one Healey and a dog (not driving), and Team Reid in the four wheel drive, complete with kayak on the roof. Lovely day for a picnic by the sea!

Sunday, 19th January 2014: RACV Great Australian Rally

“Rallying for a Cause” and run by the RACV, some did the “scenic” route and others made their way directly to the Racecourse and sat in a queue for quite some time!

Lots of nice automobilia, market and food stalls and, of course, a good turn up from the Club (with a variety of marques on display!)

Sunday 16 February: Social Drive to Marysville and Lake Mountain

Pleasant meander into the nearby hills, with coffee, scenery , bakery delicacies, trout fishing, hiking and downhill mountain biking ALL possible for the adventurous !
Meet 9.00 AM at Brentford Square Shopping Centre carpark, Canterbury Rd, Forest Hills, fuel , food, toilets all available.
Easy route instructions available to guide you through Mt. Evelyn, Woori Yallock, Healesville, (possible regroup & refresh) , past the Trout Fishing farm to Marysville.
Lunch at Marysville at the Patisserie, then maybe a tour to Lake Mountain ( bushwalking, mountain biking, more coffee) or the Steavensons Falls ( scenery, bushwalk , picnic) .

Cruze Nights are on again!!

The Austin Healey Sprite Drivers’ Club runs a Cruze Night during the daylight savings months. When they recommence in November, they will be held on a WEDNESDAY evening, departing PROMPTLY at 7.30 p.m. Please be there by 7.15 p.m. so that numbers can be conveyed to the restaurant at the end of the drive.

Each week sees a new Cruze route, finishing at a restaurant where a good meal and conversation can be shared with like-minded people. All are welcome, so please feel free to join us.
